Michael serves as the President of Wealth Advisory Group, Inc.

Michael is an entrepreneur with a background in Finance. As a co-owner and the firm’s President, he has spent over two decades focused on two distinct segments of the organization: First, providing strategic and operational oversight of the Firm’s growth and risk-mitigation programs. Second, serving as a 3(21) and 3(38) Co-Fiduciary Investment Advisor to large private and public corporate Pension, 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans.

In addition, Michael is a co-founder and the CEO of Wealth Advisory Group’s wholly-owned sister-company, Corporate Benefits Alliance, Inc. (CBA). CBA is a separately staffed, full-service employee benefits consulting and brokerage insurance agency catering to mid-to-large corporations and non-profits across the nation. Michael and his team provide advanced self-funded cost-reduction strategies to truly help organizations deal with the enormous costs associated with their healthcare claims and employee benefit programs.

Michael attended Villanova University where he pursued his B.S. in Finance in 1994. He is a currently FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 licensed professional and is a Charter Member of Business Leaders Network.

Michael currently resides in Malvern, PA with his wife Christine and their two children. He’s a golf nut and has been playing drums in various Jazz, Funk and Rock bands since the age of 14.
